The wind, rain and lightning continued most of the night.
The cycling clothes I washed in the sink last night and let hang out to dry... it was still soaked in the morning.
Everything was packed up wet. It wasn't raining in the morning but looked like it would so I put on my rain gear and headed out.
The morning was cold and there was a strong head wind again.
By noon it warmed up and the wind was now mostly at my back. I was making good time after lunch.
Another great day for cycling across Canada.
This was last night's campsite. Good washroom and shower.
Davidson must be a big town, 4 exits and three grain elevators
They must pay someone big bucks to think up these sayings
By mid afternoon I figured I could make it to Regina so I picked up the pace and guess what...
I broke the chain again.
Out with the repair kit, removed the bad link and was back in business in no time.
Now I have a shorter chain, not sure why it keeps breaking so I took it easy and limped into Lumsden campground about 40km from Regina.
I will stop at a bike shop tomorrow and get a new chain.
Just after I set up the tent and hung my clothes out to dry, it started to rain.
Here is a picture of the inside of the tent and I am trying to work on my web-page.
